Benefits: ABAQUS/CAE now animates time-dependent X–Y plots by highlighting the current time and the most current value for each time-dependent X–Y curve in the plot. Animated X–Y plots are synchronized with the other animated viewports in your session.
Description: The current time is displayed with a vertical line that moves along the time axis as the synchronized viewports proceed along the common time line. ABAQUS/CAE displays a symbol on each time-dependent X–Y curve to highlight the most current data point. Figure 14–3 shows an X–Y plot with the time tracker tools enabled.
You can display or suppress the time tracker line and symbols, and you can also customize their appearance. By default, ABAQUS/CAE displays these tools using the default highlight methods selected for your session, but you can change the color, width, or style of the time tracker line and the color, size, or shape of the time tracker symbols.
