Benefits: You can now display the label numbers of all active nodes or all active elements in the viewport. The active nodes and elements are those that are in the current viewport display group, less any entities removed from the display by the active view cut.
Description: When you select Active nodes or Active elements from the Visualization Module Queries, ABAQUS/CAE displays the label numbers of all active nodes or all active elements in the viewport. These labels are sorted by part instance, and ABAQUS/CAE displays them in the prompt area and writes them to the replay file. Probing active nodes or elements returns the label numbers only; to display other nodal or element data and results, probe for nodes or elements individually.
