Proposal Review

A good overview is given. Talks about project, competition in the market, and their design's distinction from those products.
Gantt Chart is very detailed. I think they have a good understanding of the steps they need to take.
Budget is detailed. Includes subtotal, estimated tax, estimated shipping, and estimated total.

Objectives have some unnecessary explanations in them such as "at short distances, tight inductive coupling is preferred due to lower electromagnetic and heat emissions."
I would suggest making the objectives section bullet points since it is easier to read and reference.
Many of the challenges are personal challenges (i.e. learn PSpice, SolidWorks)

Physical specifications should be an objective. Since it was said that it will be portable, there should be size and weight restrictions. Anything can be moved, but not everything can be moved easily.
Did not acknowledge operating environment besides that it will be portable. Will it be a small device on a table? Will it stand on the ground? if it is in use in a public area, can it be knocked down?
There will be a clear demo since the demo was outlined in the objectives.
