Benefits: Contact with eroding solid bodies can now be modeled in a multi-domain analysis in ABAQUS/Explicit.
Description: In Version 6.5 the inclusion of interior faces of solid elements defined with material failure in the general contact definition restricted the analysis to be run with a single domain. This limitation has been removed in Version 6.6.
