Internet Protocol: The next generation

ABSTRACT
The Internet is growing too fast. The Internet Protocol (IP) is not able to support the number of users that are expected to join the information superhighway. The Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) is has taken steps to find a replacement for the current version of IP. The new version is called Internet Protocol next generation (IPng).

In this seminar, we will cover the history of IP, known problems with it, and the solutions that have been proposed to solve these.
