Future Work

  • Take the orientation of the camera into account, allowing us to simulate rotation
  • Simulate the sun/time of day
  • Work with "CubeSat Sub-Project: Image Selection and Compression" to develop algorithms for image selection and compression so only interesting images are compressed and transmitted
  • Improve the database of images by launching a CubeSat with infrared cameras on it (in conjunction with Saint Louis University)
