Procedure All submissions will be peer-reviewed and finalists selected based on the merits of submissions and corresponding nominations. 15 Finalists selected (1 from N. America + 10 additional highest scores, “wild cards”)

Application Steps

Application Process

  1. Create/update profile in Conference Paper Management System.
  2. Pay the Paper Deposit payment.
  3. Submit entry to EMBS Annual Conference as a Contributed Paper.
  4. Advisor must submit nomination form for entry (by 5/11 last year), which must be uploaded.
