Project Overview
Coxswains are essential members to a crew team. They are the head of the boat and call out commands to direct the rowers. Often coxswains will use a CoxBox to connect to a speaker system in place on the boat to ensure their voice can be heard by all members of the crew team. However, there are many issues with using a CoxBox as they often break and are not a reliable tool for the Coxswain. We intend to create a wireless and waterproof speaker system along the boat that will hopefully be cheaper and more dependable than a typical CoxBox.
