Description: Materials, sections, and section assignments are now available in the output database. In total, there are over 110 new objects and commands that you can now use in the output database as well as the model database. You can use these new data objects as an additional means to sort and postprocess output data from an analysis. The availability of section assignments in the output database makes it possible to color code elements by their sections or material types in the Visualization module of ABAQUS/CAE.
