Benefits: This utility routine allows you to obtain a list of elements adjacent to a node in user subroutine UMESHMOTION.

Description: Utility routine GETNODETOELEMCONN can be used to obtain the list of elements adjacent to a node, which is required in utility routine GETVRMAVGATNODE.
